Hino Motors plans to sell a 2% stake in Wah Tai Motors to Toyota.

Hino Motors announced on January 16 that it will sign a share purchase agreement with Toyota, selling the company's entire 2% stake in Hino Motors to Toyota. The planned sale date is in February or March of this year, with an expected sale profit of 30.116 billion Japanese yen.
