According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Wolfer Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhong Jincheng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of power transmission and distribution equipment and control devices; manufacturing of glass fiber and products; manufacturing of rubber products; wind power generation technology services; promotion of new material technology services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Wolfer Materials.
