Exclusive | Xingfu Airlines establishes a debt-clearing working group: Party Secretary Peng Shibing takes the lead, promising to pay the employees' social insurance and housing fund before the Spring Festival.
The wage arrears issue of Lucky Air, which has debt exceeding 5 billion yuan, has made new progress. According to informed sources, on January 14, Lucky Air Co., Ltd. internally issued a notice to establish a debt collection work accounting group, stating that in accordance with the work arrangements of the superior unit, the payment of employees' social security and housing provident fund contributions and partial salary payments should be completed before the Spring Festival in 2026. The notice mentions that in order to effectively and quickly carry out the inventory accounting of wages, hourly fees, social security, etc., a special work group will be established, with the overall commander being the secretary of the Lucky Air Party Committee and Executive Director Peng Shibing, and the deputy commander being the member of the Lucky Air Party Committee, Vice President and Safety Director Wang Xianbin. The notice also specifically states that members of the work group must strictly abide by work discipline, and have a confidentiality obligation to the company's financial, business information, and salary data they come into contact with, and cannot disclose it without permission. Informed sources said that in recent days, the human resources and finance departments of Lucky Air are working overtime at night to count, requiring each employee to have one book. Since the suspension on April 27, 2025, the arrears issue of Lucky Air has not been completely resolved, and there is no clear sign of finding and negotiating with new strategic investors. To make a living, many Lucky Air employees rely on part-time jobs, and some pilots and flight attendants work as Didi drivers or food delivery drivers.
