On January 15th, local time, OpenAI announced that it will strengthen the American artificial intelligence supply chain through American manufacturing. Over the next few years, the company will continue to advance: strengthening a wider American artificial intelligence supply chain, accelerating investment in American manufacturing capabilities. As part of this plan, OpenAI has released a new request for proposals, focusing on American domestic manufacturing capabilities in key areas of the artificial intelligence supply chain, including data center input devices, consumer electronics products, and robot technology.
