The General Administration of Customs previously issued a notice to optimize the implementation of the International Road Transport Convention, including cross-border e-commerce products and bonded goods, specifying declaration standards. Enterprises can handle customs clearance procedures through the exclusive module of the international trade "single window" to effectively improve cross-border logistics efficiency.
