According to China Securities News, the curtain will rise on the car market in 2026, with mainstream car companies gradually revealing their annual sales targets, outlining the development landscape under stock competition. Up to now, more than 10 mainstream car companies including Geely, Chang'an, Chery, Leapmotor, Xiaomi, etc. have explicitly stated their sales targets for this year, with a total of over 21.55 million vehicles, accounting for approximately 63% of the total domestic car sales in 2025. Overall, there is a significant differentiation: traditional independent car companies are targeting steady growth of 10% to 30%, focusing on new energy vehicles and expanding overseas; new forces and cross-border brands, on the other hand, are aiming for aggressive market shares of 34% to 67.5%, highlighting the demand for scaling up. Behind these numbers is not only the car companies' judgment on market trends, but also a comprehensive validation of their products, technology, and distribution systems.
