Minmetals Real Estate: Sending out the privatization plan documents, court meeting and shareholder special meeting will be held in February.

On the morning of January 16, June Glory International Limited and Minmetals Real Estate Limited jointly announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that they had sent out the plan documents regarding June Glory International Limited's privatization of Minmetals Real Estate through a scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the Companies Ordinance and the cancellation of its listing status. Court meetings and shareholder special general meetings are planned to be held respectively at 10:00 am and 10:30 am on February 9, 2026 in Hong Kong. If approved, the shares of Minmetals Real Estate are expected to be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 3, 2026.
