The Thai Prime Minister has requested the termination of the contracts for the projects involving companies implicated in two consecutive construction accidents.

On the 15th, local time, Thai Prime Minister Anutin stated that the accidents involving a crane hitting a train in Heilong Province on the 14th and a crane collapse in the Din Daeng district of Bangkok on the 15th were caused by the same contractor. The government does not allow such contractors to work for the country and has requested the termination of the two contracts of the company involved. According to previous reports, the company involved is the Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, a large listed infrastructure company in Thailand.
