Sunshine Dairy: Controlling shareholder and concerted actor reduce holdings by 1.02%

Sunshine Dairy announced that from January 9th to 15th, 2026, Sunshine Group, the controlling shareholder, and its concerted action person Nanchang Zhonghe reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 2.869 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the total shareholding percentage of Sunshine Group and its concerted action person decreased from 72.77% to 71.72%, reaching a multiple of 1%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan, has not been fully implemented, will not have a negative impact on corporate governance, equity structure, or continuous operation, and will not result in a change of control.
