Taida Group announced that in order to meet the financing needs of its subsidiaries' business development, the company has provided joint liability guarantees for the 50 million yuan financing applied by its holding subsidiary Taida Energy to Binhai Rural Commercial Bank, and the 150 million yuan financing applied by its secondary subsidiary Tianjin Runtai to Bank of Communications; Taida Environmental, a holding subsidiary, has provided a joint liability guarantee for the 10 million yuan financing applied by its secondary subsidiary Yangzhou Taida Environmental to Nanjing Bank. The guarantee limit of this guarantee is valid until December 31, 2026. After this guarantee, the balance of guarantees provided by the company and its holding subsidiaries is 11.252 billion yuan, accounting for 196.16% of the total audited net assets of the company in the most recent period.
