China Aviation Science and Technology Innovation Company is a controlling shareholder of the company, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not require board of directors or shareholders' approval, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The project was bid through open tender, and the pricing was fair. As for the service period, the computing power service is for 3 years from the signing of the contract, and the AI application construction needs to be completed within 30 days of the contract signing for system production. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the two parties have not yet signed a formal contract.
