Recently, the case of Qu Zhenyear, former member of the Xing'an League Committee and former head of the United Front Work Department, who is suspected of bribery, has been investigated and concluded by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Supervision Commission, and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Designated by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Procuratorate, the Ba Yan Nao Ershi People's Procuratorate has lawfully filed a public prosecution with the Ba Yan Nao Ershi Intermediate People's Court. The case is still being further processed. During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorate lawfully informed the defendant Qu Zhenyear of his litigation rights, questioned the defendant according to the law, and listened to the opinions of the defense counsel. The Ba Yan Nao Ershi People's Procuratorate accuses the defendant Qu Zhenyear of using his positions as the party secretary of Liu Hu Town, Tuquan County, the deputy county mayor, deputy secretary of the county party committee, acting county chief, county chief, and party secretary of the county, the deputy head of the Xing'an League Office, member of the Xing'an League Committee, and head of the United Front Work Department to provide convenience for others to seek benefits, illegally accepting large amounts of money and property, which should be held criminally liable for the crime of bribery.
