Chongqing Beer: Stakeholding company Chongqing Jiawei withdraws lawsuit decision approved by court.

Chongqing Beer announced on January 15 that its affiliated company, Chongqing Jiawei, has applied to the People's Court of Dadukou District in Chongqing to withdraw the lawsuit. The court has ruled to grant the withdrawal of the lawsuit. The withdrawal of the lawsuit is in accordance with the "Mediation Agreement" signed under the mediation of the Chongqing High People's Court. Chongqing Jiawei is required to withdraw the lawsuit within 15 days after the agreement takes effect. This lawsuit progress will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's current and future profits.
