Argentina launches anti-dumping investigation against washing machines from China

On January 14th, the Industrial and Commercial Ministry Secretariat of the Argentine Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 10 of 2026, stating that in response to an application from Argentine manufacturer DREAN S.A., an anti-dumping investigation will be launched on washing machines originating from China. The dumping investigation period is expected to be from October 2024 to September 2025, and the injury investigation period is expected to be from January 2022 to September 2025.
