Yi Qiu Resources announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary YCPG intends to sell approximately 1.214 hectares of land PLO456 with buildings and fixed facilities in the Johor Bahru district of Johor, Malaysia to ACACIA MOTOR SERVICES SDN. BHD. The total transaction amount is approximately 16.5 million Malaysian Ringgit. This transaction has been approved by the company's relevant meetings, and after the agreement is signed, the buyer will pay a 10% deposit, with the remaining 90% to be paid within 3 months after approval. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and will help optimize the asset structure.
