January 15th: The "Farm Product Wholesale Price Index 200" increased by 0.09 points compared to yesterday.

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on January 15th, the "200 Index of Wholesale Agricultural Products" was 128.19, an increase of 0.09 points from yesterday. The "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 130.74, an increase of 0.15 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market was 18.00 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.3% from yesterday; beef was 65.70 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.3% from yesterday; lamb was 62.84 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday; eggs were 7.81 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.8% from yesterday; and broiler chicken was 17.58 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.1% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.50 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.2% from yesterday, while the average price of the 6 key monitored fruits was 7.94 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.3% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 19.15 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.8% from yesterday; carp was 13.48 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.3% from yesterday; grass carp was 10.47 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; and bighead carp was 41.42 yuan/kg, an increase of 4.3% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 key monitored varieties of fresh agricultural products in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with the highest price increases compared to yesterday were bighead carp, pineapple, Kyoho grapes, rapeseed, and Chinese cabbage, with increases of 4.3%, 3.8%, 2.8%, 2.0%, and 1.5% respectively. The top five with the highest price decreases were lettuce, celery, watermelon, carp, and white radish, with decreases of 2.6%, 2.3%, 1.5%, 1.3%, and 1.2% respectively.
