Lufthansa Airlines stated that round-trip flights to Tel Aviv will temporarily only operate during daytime.

On the 14th local time, Lufthansa Group announced that, in view of the current changes in the Middle East region, flights to and from Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel will only operate during the daytime in the coming days. The Lufthansa Group stated that from January 15 to 19, flights to and from Tel Aviv and the Jordanian capital, Amman, will all be operated during the daytime, with flight crews no longer staying overnight in the area. The group also warned that some flights may be canceled. In addition, Lufthansa Group announced that all its airlines will temporarily avoid Iranian and Iraqi airspace until further notice.
