According to Changan Automobile, on January 14th, China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and CATL signed a "Memorandum of Understanding on Comprehensive Deepening of Strategic Partnership". In the future, the two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in various fields such as joint branding, cutting-edge technology, terminal promotion, overseas markets, high-quality supply guarantee, and joint ventures to jointly explore the new energy vehicle market. On the same day, the signing ceremony of the CATL-Changan Power Battery Project was also held. The CATL-Changan Power Battery Project is located in the Beibei section of Chuanyu Gaozhu New Area, which is a key strategic move for Changan Automobile. After completion, it will mainly provide technology-leading power batteries for new energy vehicles for brands such as Avita, Shenlan Motors, and Changan Qiyuan, further accelerating the development of the intelligent interconnected new energy vehicle industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
