The company will actively cooperate with the investigation, and currently, its production and operation are normal. The case filing investigation will not have a significant impact on daily production, operation, and management. On the same day, the company announced the termination of the acquisition of 100% equity of Xi Pu Materials and the 40% equity of Zhejiang Beide Pharmaceuticals through the issuance of shares and cash payment methods.
