Honglida: intends to use the excess raised funds of 341 million yuan to acquire 50.9323% equity of Zhongteng Micro Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Honglida Announcement: it is planned to use the excess capital of 341 million yuan to acquire 50.9323% equity of Zhongtengweinet Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of the transaction, the company will hold a total of 60.0053% equity of Zhongtengweinet, and Zhongtengweinet will be included in the consolidated financial statements of the company. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring. It has been approved by the board of directors and is still pending approval by the shareholders' meeting.
