Hengyunchang Announcement: It is planning to publicly issue 16.93 million shares. The online and offline issuances will be implemented through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system and internet trading platform on January 16, 2026. The issuer and sponsor have agreed on the issuance price of 92.18 yuan per share, and there will no longer be cumulative tender price inquiry for offline issuance.
