Dingtong Technology announced that it plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to the general public to raise funds of up to 930 million yuan, which will be used for the expansion and construction projects of the parent company, the high-speed communication and liquid cooling production projects, the new energy BMS production projects, and to supplement working capital.
