The Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, the Shanghai Transportation Commission, and the Shanghai Public Security Bureau have issued the "Shanghai High-level Autonomous Driving Leading Zone "Model Speed Smart Travel" Action Plan". It highlights increasing policy support, improving the intelligent connected vehicles data collection and management mechanisms, promoting cross-enterprise, cross-regional, and cross-industry data collaboration and trust. It also aims to optimize and improve policies and measures related to intelligent connected vehicles, establish a full-chain safety guarantee system for safety training, vehicle supervision, emergency response, and prioritize the application of autonomous driving large models that have undergone testing and evaluation. It will also promote the effective connection between the city's management policies for intelligent connected vehicle testing applications and the national access pilot policies, and guide enterprises to strengthen industrial capability building.
