As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Junyao Group and its concerted actors have pledged a total of 724 million shares, accounting for 73.03% of the total holdings and 33.15% of the total share capital of the company. The pledged shares corresponding to future financing amounts for Junyao Group and concerted actors due in the next six months and one year reach 4.272 billion yuan and 5.541 billion yuan respectively. Currently, the pledge risks are under control, and there is no risk of forced liquidation.
