Jiuyuan Silver Sea announced that the National High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Work Leading Group Office issued a filing announcement, stating that its holding subsidiaries Sichuan Xingzheng Company and Hangzhou Hailiang Company have been re-certified as high-tech enterprises. The certificate number for Sichuan Xingzheng Company is GR202551004038, issued on December 8, 2025; the certificate number for Hangzhou Hailiang Company is GR202533003725, issued on December 19, 2025, both valid for three years. These two companies can pay a 15% corporate income tax rate from 2025 to 2027. This certification will not have a significant impact on the operating performance in 2025.
