Total Energy sells 10% stake in the Revival Fund joint venture to Vaaris.

On January 14, Total Energies announced that its Nigerian subsidiary has signed a purchase agreement with Vaaris to sell its 10% non-operating interest in the Renaissance Consortium joint venture. The Renaissance Consortium is a joint venture composed of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Renaissance Africa Energy Limited, Total Energies Nigeria Limited, Eni, and Natural Resources Corporation, holding 18 licenses in the Niger Delta region.
