Data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that according to the monitoring of market prices of 50 important production materials in 9 major categories in the circulation sector nationwide, in the first half of January 2026 compared to the end of December 2025, prices of 27 products rose, prices of 20 products fell, and prices of 3 products remained unchanged. Among them, the price of live pigs increased by 0.8 yuan per kilogram from the previous period, with an increase of 6.8%.
