Beibu Gulf Port announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fangchenggang Sanya Port Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of a 300,000-ton terminal project in Fangchenggang Port, with an estimated total investment of approximately 11.403 billion yuan. The project aims to meet the transportation needs of the hinterland and enterprises near the port for iron ore and bauxite, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Beibu Gulf Port, and promote high-quality regional economic development. The construction period of the project is about 4 years, with an expected annual operating income of 1.326 billion yuan, and it has good economic benefits.
