Jia Long shares: Major shareholder and actual controller cumulatively reduced their holdings by 9.66%

Jialong Corporation announced that the company has decided to make corrections to the changes in the equity of the controlling shareholder and the actual controller since May 20, 2015. From May 22, 2015 to June 26, 2024, Lin Pingtao and other controlling shareholders and actual controllers have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 89,212,083 shares due to personal fund turnover, reducing their stake from 48.92% to 39.26%, a decrease of 9.66%. This change in equity will not result in any change to the controlling shareholder or actual controller. Excluding repurchased shares, as of the date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder and actual controller hold a stake of 40.41%. All commitments made by relevant shareholders regarding share lock-ups have been fulfilled.
