Ministry of Commerce: continuation of anti-dumping duties on imported solar-grade polysilicon from the United States and South Korea.

On January 10, 2025, in response to the application from China's solar-grade polycrystalline silicon industry, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 7 of 2025, deciding to conduct a final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported solar-grade polycrystalline silicon originating from the United States and South Korea, starting from January 14, 2025.
