The announcement of the production and financing of State Power Investment Corporation stated that the company implemented asset replacement and issued shares to purchase 100% of the equity of CGN Power, divesting 100% of State Power Investment Corporation's equity and raising funds. On January 13, 2026, 11,989,710,207 shares were added to the market. Before the completion of the transaction, the controlling shareholder was State Power Investment Group, holding 51.04% of the shares; after the transaction, the controlling shareholder changed to State Nuclear Power, with State Power Investment Group and its concerted action persons holding 59.44% of the shares, and State Nuclear Power holding 43.62% of the shares. In addition, new shareholders China Life Insurance holds 25.40% of the shares, State Grid Production and Finance and Cloud Energy Capital hold 3.70% and 2.75% of the shares, respectively, and the ultimate controller remains State Power Investment Group.
