The Jiangsu Provincial Government issued a notice on the issuance of the action plan for "AI + " in Jiangsu Province. The plan stated that efforts should be made to reduce the cost of computing power. It should guide the cluster development and intensive construction of intelligence computing centers, optimize the layout of edge computing nodes, accelerate the "millisecond computing" in urban areas, explore a diversified and heterogeneous intelligent computing power system, and promote a new model of green electricity supply for intelligent computing centers. It encourages the development of standardized and scalable computing power cloud services. It supports eligible regions to issue "computing power vouchers". It accelerates the research and development of algorithm models. It encourages the research and application of new model underlying structures, and promotes the development of cutting-edge technologies such as global models and spatial intelligence. It supports eligible regions to issue "model vouchers".
