Among them, it is mentioned to accelerate the breakthrough in the design of high-end general chips such as processors, storage chips, and edge computing chips, actively support the development of specialized chips such as RISC-V, automotive-grade, display drivers, sensors, optical communications, 6G, etc., strengthen the initial tape-out support for integrated circuit enterprises' products, carry out tape-out for 28nm and below chips with independent intellectual property rights or with significant competitive advantages for eligible enterprises, and provide a subsidy of up to 50% of the tape-out cost.
