Firstly, strengthen source management, promote green construction, include the costs of reducing, transporting, utilizing and disposing of construction waste in project costs, and implement waste classification for construction waste. Secondly, strengthen transport supervision, improve measures such as installing Beidou satellite positioning systems on construction waste vehicles and ships, and enhance supervision of transport behavior. Thirdly, standardize end disposal, accelerate the construction of facilities for the resource utilization of construction waste, and ensure that construction waste has a place to go. Finally, implement comprehensive supervision, establish a provincial level coordination mechanism with overall responsibility for urban construction waste, strictly implement the record-filing system for approval and disposal plans for urban construction waste, and improve the joint working mechanism of multiple departments.
