WuXi Biologics obtains the UK MHRA GMP certification to accelerate the commercial production of innovative ophthalmic biopharmaceuticals.

Recently, WuXi Biologics announced that its two production plants in Wuxi - Biologics Drug Product Facility Five and Formulation Packaging Center, have received GMP certification from the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, enabling commercial production of an innovative ophthalmic biologic drug. WuXi Biologics provides end-to-end production services for this ophthalmic biologic drug, covering both the raw material and formulation aspects.
