Capital Ventures announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 12, 2026, that the High Court confirmed the capital reduction regulations and the meeting record containing details of the capital reduction as required by the Company Law has been submitted to the Director of Companies Registry of the Cayman Islands and officially registered. The capital reorganization has taken effect, and the adjusted shares began trading at 9:00 am on January 13, 2026.
