Da Wei Group announced that it plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Dawei Chuangxin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., by 140 million yuan with its own funds, and then Dawei Chuangxin will increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, ChipUnion Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., by 20 million USD. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Dawei Chuangxin will increase from 30 million yuan to 170 million yuan, and the registered capital of ChipUnion Hong Kong will increase from 1 million USD to 21 million USD.
