Southeast Grid: providing guarantees of up to 100 million yuan for subsidiary companies.

The announcement of Southeast Grid Frame states that, due to the production and operation needs of its holding subsidiary Southeast New Materials, the company has signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the Hangzhou Branch of Minsheng Bank to provide a maximum guarantee of 100 million yuan. The company is expected to provide guarantees to its subsidiaries not exceeding a total of 805 million yuan in 2025. The current guarantee falls within the limit, providing a available guarantee amount of 492 million yuan to the subsidiaries and 850 million yuan to Southeast New Materials. Southeast Grid Frame directly and indirectly holds 100% equity of Southeast New Materials. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the actual guarantee balance of the company is 1,532,064.6 million yuan, accounting for 23.57% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024.
