The flight completion rate is 87.3%, which is about 1.0 percentage point higher than the overall civil aviation completion rate, and about 0.2 percentage points lower than in 2024. The number of passenger takeoffs and landings accounts for 8.8% of the total number of domestic airports, which is the same as in 2024.
