National standards are fully open for free and have achieved remarkable results, with more than one billion views throughout the year.

Over the past year, the State Administration for Market Regulation has promoted the full free public access of national standards. The number of downloadable national standards has increased from over 1,500 to over 32,000, effectively meeting the needs of businesses and the general public and generating positive impacts. By December 31, 2025, the National Standards full text open system has been viewed over 100 million times, with over 35 million visitors. The online reading of standards reaches over 35 million times, and the download reaches over 24 million times, which is more than 11 times higher than in 2024. In economically developed areas, the online reading and download of national standards rank at the top, with Shanghai and Guangdong having over 4.8 million and over 3.3 million online readings respectively, while Beijing, Jiangsu, and Guangdong have downloads exceeding 2 million times. There are over 10,000 national standards with online reading and download exceeding thousands of times, with over 800 national standards exceeding tens of thousands of times. Among them, the online reading of standard GB/Z 33451-2016 "Geospatial Sampling and Statistical Inference" reached 674,000 times, and the download of standard GB 2894-2025 "Safety Colors and Safety Signs" reached 93,000 times. Standards relating to smart cities, safety production, hazardous chemicals safety, and electric bicycle safety continued to maintain high levels of online reading and downloads.
