On the morning of November 21, Qingdao Brewery Biotechnology Co., Ltd. production base project officially started in Qingdao Brewery Smart Industry Park. The project relies on Qingdao Brewery's technology innovation system in the field of biological fermentation, using leading global directional enzyme technology to convert proliferating yeast and saccharification residues in the beer brewing process into high-end yeast extracts, barley malt peptides, and other high value-added products. This achieves the high-value utilization of by-products of beer production, and the products will be widely used in food flavoring, brewing, nutrition, and health fields.
