Mexican President Sinbomeo stated that the Mexican Ministry of Energy will introduce new regulations by the end of this year to control fuel theft, smuggling, and illegal fuel sales. Sinbomeo pointed out that the new regulations will focus on the retail and logistics sectors. She said that combating fuel smuggling issues requires the use of new technological methods.
