Hong Sheng Chang Resources (01850.HK) appoints Wang Le as executive director.

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Hung Sheng Chang Resources (01850.HK) announced that, as the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth resolutions have each been officially passed as ordinary resolutions at the special general meeting of shareholders, (i) Mr. Li Junheng's position as an executive director and chairman of the company has been revoked; (ii) Ms. Zou Yiwu's positions as an executive director, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee of the company have been revoked; (iii) Mr. Fu Rongguo's positions as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and chairman of the Nomination Committee of the company have been revoked; (iv) Mr. Ghanshyam Adhikari's positions as an independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of the company have been revoked; (v) Mr. Zhou Yunhui's position as an independent non-executive director of the company has been revoked; and (vi) Mr. Xuan Chaohui's position as an independent non-executive director of the company has been revoked, with immediate effect upon the passing of the relevant resolutions.
