Hesheng New Materials: Shareholders Sign Share Transfer Agreement, Intend to Acquire 18.00% of Shares

Hesheng New Materials announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Zhao Dongming, and its concerted action person, Jiang Xueyuan, along with shareholders Shanghai Hongyuansheng and Shanghai Moer Zhixin, have signed a share transfer agreement to transfer 44.6602 million shares at a price of 33.71 yuan per share, accounting for 18.00% of the total share capital of the company, for a total price of 1.505 billion yuan. After the transaction is completed, Moer Zhixin will hold 18.00% of the company's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder, and the actual controller will change to Xie Haiwen. Zhao Dongming and its concerted action person's shareholding ratio will decrease to 13.72%, and they will give up the voting rights of 6% of the shares.
