Financial APP News, Boteh Carlink (02889.HK) announced that on November 21, 2025, the seller Huzhou Chuangsheng Chiming Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (a non-wholly-owned limited partnership of the Company) and the buyer Si (Wuhu Henghe No. 3 Entrepreneurial Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise) signed the Equity Transfer Agreement II, whereby the seller agreed to sell and the buyer Si agreed to purchase 0.24% of the equity of the target company Avita Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. for a price of RMB 62.44 million. After the completion of this sale, the seller will no longer hold any equity in the target company.
