Shandong Road and Bridge announced that its subsidiary, Shandong Provincial Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd., and other controlling subsidiaries of the company plan to participate in the bidding for the construction of sections 1 to 3 of the Yiyuan to Zoucheng section of the Weifang to Zoucheng Expressway. The estimated contract amount for sections 1 to 3 of this project is 10.2 billion yuan, with each participating subsidiary of the company committing to invest up to a maximum of 1.457 billion yuan. The final amount of construction work and investment to be undertaken will be determined based on the bidding situation. This matter has been reviewed at the 21st meeting of the company's tenth board of directors and still needs to be submitted for shareholder approval.
