Aerospace Rainbow: A wholly-owned subsidiary establishes a low-altitude technology company with a capital contribution of 393 million yuan.

The Aerospace Rainbow announcement states that its wholly-owned subsidiary Rainbow UAV Technology Co., Ltd. contributed non-monetary assets worth RMB 393 million to subscribe for Chongqing Saihong Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 393 million, acquiring a total of 43.6438% equity in the target company. According to the transaction arrangement, Rainbow will transfer shares and maintain a shareholding ratio of not less than 34%, with the transaction price based on the assessed value at the time of the equity transfer. This transaction will indirectly lead to the transfer of intangible assets related to some investment projects, and Rainbow will enjoy corresponding investment returns based on its shareholding ratio.
