("INFIEVO"), and the new shareholder Platinum Orchid B 2018 RSC Limited ("Platinum Orchid"), which is a fully-owned subsidiary platform indirectly owned by ADIA (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), Daxue Investments Pte. Ltd. ("Daxue"), a fully-owned subsidiary enterprise indirectly owned by Temasek, and True Light Investments Pte. Ltd. ("True Light"), an independent subsidiary fully owned indirectly by Temasek, plan to collectively contribute $517 million to increase the capital of the company's controlling subsidiary TeraHop Pte. Ltd. ("TeraHop"), with a total subscription of 16,089,272 shares of common stock of TeraHop. After the capital increase, the company will still hold a 67.70% stake in TeraHop through its subsidiary Suzhou Zhida Taiyue Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary VINCREST HOLDINGS PTE. LTD, consistent with the shareholding ratio prior to this capital increase.
