Announcement by XuanYa International: The 15th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of the company approved the "Proposal on Changing the Use of Part of the Raised Funds." In order to improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds, the company plans to adjust the original fundraising project "Full-Chain Immersive Content Marketing Platform Project," with a planned total investment of 183 million yuan, of which 38.365 million yuan will be used from the raised funds, and to terminate the implementation of the original fundraising project "Great Wave Technology Platform Upgrade Project." A new fundraising project "Infinity Agent-AI Marketing Intelligence Center Construction Project" will be added, with a planned total investment of 177 million yuan, of which 139 million yuan will be used from the raised funds. In addition, the company plans to use the unused raised funds of 24.9838 million yuan for permanent supplemental working capital. This change still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval.
