Sinopec Announcement: The implementation period of this increase is from April 9, 2025 to November 21, 2025. China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and its concerted action parties increased their holdings of A shares by 34.5592 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and increased their holdings of H shares by 337 million shares through the Stock Connect system, totaling 372 million shares. The respective amounts are approximately RMB 194 million and HKD 13.76 billion; The cumulative increase of A shares and H shares is 390 million shares, including 52.4027 million A shares and 337 million H shares, with a cumulative amount of approximately RMB 294 million and HKD 13.76 billion.
